Work package n°1 - Project Management
It is crucial for the overall coordination and smooth execution of the DIGIHERIT project. It includes the following components:
- Overall Coordination: Managing the project's administrative and financial aspects, which entails updating documentation, preparing reports, and assigning responsibilities among partners.
- Monitoring Progress and Quality: Tracking project activities' progress, quality, and effectiveness. This involves establishing quality procedures, setting targets, measuring progress, and reporting any deviations.
- Budget Control and Time Management: Ensuring proper budget oversight and effective time management through detailed work plans, regular communication, progress reports, and financial monitoring.
- Risk Management: Developing contingency plans to address potential risks such as delays, budget issues, and conflicts. This includes conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
