Focus Group by TATICS in Italy: Insights Driving the DIGIHERIT Training Pathways
November 5th, 2025
As part of the DIGIHERIT Erasmus+ project, TATICS Human Evolution organised a national Focus
Group on 14 May 2025, held in Perugia and online, bringing together entrepreneurs, freelancers,
educators, and cultural operators involved in heritage and micro-business development.
The discussion explored how digital transformation and targeted training can enhance the
visibility, resilience, and sustainability of small enterprises rooted in culture and
creativity.
Key findings and how they inform the DIGIHERIT curriculum:
Digital readiness: Participants showed moderate digital maturity — active on social media but
lacking structured digital strategies. This need is addressed in Course 1: Entrepreneurship as a
Universal Competence.
Hands-on learning demand: There is strong interest in practical training on storytelling,
multimedia tools, and online learning, reflected in Course 2: Heritage Micro-business
Integration.
Barriers to growth: Limited time, resources, and budgets for professional support were
highlighted as key obstacles, incorporated into Course 3: Managing Entrepreneurial Challenges.
Cultural storytelling: Participants expressed great enthusiasm for linking digital tools with
local identity and creative heritage narratives, inspiring Course 4: Creativity and Innovation.
These insights underline the importance of accessible, practice-oriented, and context-specific
digital training. Feedback gathered by TATICS directly contributes to shaping the DIGIHERIT
curriculum and MOOC, helping local enterprises turn digital innovation into sustainable growth.
